I just can't say enough about how you breathe new life into a carpet. Everytime you come and do your magic, I keep thinking that I don't need to put in hardwood floors. This was the builders carpet that I had installed with the plan of replacing it with nicer carpet or hardwood floors once my two boys were older. And out of the "oops I spilled it" stage. But you come in and make it look brand new. Whether that's spot treating or doing a whole room. I constantly have people ask if I got new carpet laid. Thanks again for a great job. Here's what I wrote on Triangle City Search: Thom and Joni did a great job stretching some nasty wrinkles out of my carpet. They scheduled an appointment for the day after I called. Great service! They showed up at the scheduled time, and were very friendly, professional, and courteous. I had no qualms at all letting them into my home. They took a quick survey of the problem areas, deciding from which wall to start etc. It’s obvious Thom and Joni know what they are doing.
Their work is excellent and they cleaned up the areas very well once they finished stretching and cutting. I found the price to be fair, especially considering the quality of the job they did.
